Challenge 

Opening its doors as a new hotel in a competitive marketplace, The Westin Verasa Napa Hotel needed to introduce itself as a viable community partner and as a resort destination property.

Solution 

As a tie-in to The Westin brand focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, HarvestMoon conceptualized and created a 3-day event focused on personal well-being and ecological consciousness. Focused on content and character, HarvestMoon developed a program featuring noted authorities and presenters conducting over 70 sessions and an expo focused on health and wellness, fitness, nutrition, outdoor activities, yoga, eco-conscious living, meditation, wine tasting, music and more. Marketing partnerships and alliances were cultivated with numerous local businesses and nonprofit organizations.

The event was well-received and the Fresh Aire festival concept continues to be showcased in other resort destinations.
